Pathology tests you mark as available for home collection in your catalogue. A booking can be a home collection only if every test on it allows it.
Can I assign a collector?
Yes. Assign a phlebotomist to each home booking; their run sheet lists the morning’s collections.
Can radiology scans be booked at home?
No. Home collection is for pathology samples; scans are booked at the centre.
Do patients get messages on WhatsApp?
Yes. Messages go out from Cohezo Health's WhatsApp numbers. WhatsApp messaging is included in some plans and charged separately in others.
