The app works out which tube is next from the tests ordered. The first scan assigns the sample ID, pre-printed barcode rolls are registered so a code can never be used twice, and a bad tube is rejected with a reason and re-drawn.

Type the value — the reference range for that patient's age and sex, the L/H and critical flags and the calculated fields are automatic. The previous result sits beside every value, so a drop is seen at the bench.

Is there a free trial?

How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on your practice: how many doctors and branches you have, and which modules you need. Message us for a quote. Onboarding is free on every plan.
How long does it take to set up?
Most labs are live in a day: your team and tests in the morning, the letterhead in the afternoon, the first report out by evening. Onboarding is done with you on a call.
Can you move my data from the software I use today?
Yes. If you can export your data from your current software, we'll migrate it into Cohezo Health for you. Onboarding is free.
Does it handle radiology as well?
Yes. Pathology and radiology are one lab software: tests and scans share the same bookings, billing, patient records and WhatsApp delivery, with DICOM images and report templates for scans.
Can doctors refer patients to my lab?
Yes. Doctors on Cohezo Health refer patients straight into your bookings, and the signed report is filed in the patient's record they can see.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes. The lab software has a mobile app as well as the web app that runs in any browser.
Do patients get messages on WhatsApp?
Yes. Messages go out from Cohezo Health's WhatsApp numbers. WhatsApp messaging is included in some plans and charged separately in others.
Does it work without internet?
No. Cohezo Health is fully online, so you need an internet connection. There is nothing to install: it runs in any browser, and there are mobile apps too.
Where is my data stored, and is it secure?
On cloud servers in India. Your data is encrypted and backed up securely, and everyone signs in with their own login, so every change is attributed to the person who made it.
Can I export my data?
Yes. On request we export your data as a JSON dump or as CSV files. If you ever cancel, you choose whether we export your data for you or delete it.
